With over 20 years of engineering optimization, combined with 20 years of practical experience, INFRADianba/Aulton Dianba can now present an excellent and advanced swapping technology, consisting of nearly 1000 patents and licenses. Hundreds of stations, thousands of battery swaps demonstrate the high level of maturity of the product daily.
The standard procedure includes the battery swap through a swap frame in the vehicle floor by means of a robotic system that delivers filled batteries from a battery storage. This battery storage ensures the continuation of the process through permanent recharging and a small battery stock (factor ≥1.06).
The e-vehicle (up to 3.5 t) drives on a ramp into the swap box and stops directly above the swap system; after the swap process, the customer can pay immediately and continue the passage without interruptions and hesitation.
With INFRADianba's battery swap technology, battery swap is technically possible within only 20 seconds. A handling time of 1-1.5 minutes is feasible if this meets the customer's requirements. This allows up to 1000 swaps per day and station. Our battery swap technology combines highest quality with minimum resource usage and total cost of ownership (TCO) and optimal working speed with the latest monitor technology.40% of our equipment comes from EU manufacturers.
Express battery swapping is the start of a new way of thinking: The system allows for a longer battery life that not only cars will benefit of but also the system services in the grid. This is made possible as 50 MW per day of car batteries can be accumulated per station. 15 MW per day can then be diverted for grid storage purposes. This brings additional revenue and price advantages.
We have developed a universal battery housing for different manufacturers and battery packages which, together with a compatible interchangeable frame in the vehicle floor, sets its own standard. This standard has already been agreed upon by 16 car manufacturers, including VW partner SAIC and Daimler Benz partner BAIC.
The brand neutrality of our swapping stations is secured through this universal housing that allows each manufacturer to install his special battery.
Through the OEM independent technology of our stations, even the batteries of three cars of different brands can be swapped within only 1 minute. It is even possible for the customer to request a special type of battery in our stations when it comes to car brands with high scaling.
The size of the station depends on demand, scope of use and requirements of the respective operator. The dimensions and the battery storage of the swapping stations can be adapted to the specific situation.
The battery swap stations are installed under the supervision of a qualified specialist company, which takes care of the structural requirements and, if necessary, the power connections.

Ideal operators of battery swap stations are e-filling station operators and operators of professional fleets. They can purchase, lease or entrepreneurially manage stations of various sizes.
Our product is suitable for companies that are in a permanent market competition and operation, requiring only short interruptions and optimal use of available vehicles and capacity. For those we offer a complete USP-product.
The taxi industry, efficiency-oriented bus and transport operators and fleet operators are predestined to be our allies, as they have a constant interest in reducing OPEX and CAPEX costs, minimal time loss, CO2 minimization, damage prevention and optimal fleet sizes included.
We offer infrastructure solutions for buses, trucks, vans, cars and special vehicles, both as pure swapping or as "7 in 1" (see e-filling station of the future) or as infrastructure for heavy and small e-vehicles.
The optimal size if the battery swap station depends on the size and scope of use of the respective fleet or on the expected daily customer frequency. Fleet cooperations that increase the number of users per day are welcome.
In principle, any customer who wants to achieve savings may be interested in joining us. For more information about our cooperation offers, please click here.
In 2021, 16 OEMs, including the major partner companies of the German automotive leaders, are already using Aulton's exchange technology in Asia. Thanks to the great success in Asia, INFRADianba/ Aulton Dianba can now already set its own cross-OEM standard internationally with its universal housing for a wide range of suppliers and batteries. This can now be gradually anchored in the international standard systems and is open to European and American OEMs. OEMs such as BAIC, SAIC or Aiways will supply the required cars and generate market advantages through their compatibility with our infrastructure.
Manufactures of compatible cars
The 20-second swap requires the installation of our battery universal housing, or its dimensions, functionality and quality standards must be adopted in the technical concept. Existing diesel vehicles and plug-in vehicles can be converted to electric cars with battery swap frames (retrofit program) by qualified experts upon request (all cars will have a redundancy cable!). Also vehicles with replaceable swapping technology can additionally use the plug-in offer via an additional AC/DC- cable.
In due course, the latest battery innovations with longer life can also be used if dimensions permit.
Regarding the range of a freshly equipped e-car, depending on the type of battery used and the time of year, batteries with 50 kW can achieve a range of 250 to 400 km.
We offer battery swap with battery leasing!
By separating the battery and the vehicle, the e-vehicle can be purchased at a very reasonable purchase price.
When purchasing a car, a two-part contract is concluded between the customer and the car seller: the buyer purchases or leases the vehicle and additionally leases the battery. By signing the battery leasing contract, the lessee receives an exchange battery, which can be swapped at any time at a swap station.
By signing the lease agreement, the customer commits to a monthly or quarterly payment of a lease fee over a defined usage cycle and in return is released from all battery-related liability and warranty issues.
The advantages of battery leasing are obvious:
Lower vehicle acquisition costs
Lower operating costs
Longer battery life due to reduced battery wear and tear
Liability and warranty responsibility lies with the battery assessor
kWh prices below 60 cents
E-drivers thus actively participate in achieving the mobility and energy transition through their driving behavior and battery replacement.
